Pricing:

Our prices are in Sterling and inclusive of VAT. Our VAT Registration number is 460 2028 33


Gift Vouchers:

All gift vouchers are strictly valid for 12 months and are non refundable.


Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Reschedules and cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to your tour. After this time, Triple A Food Tours reserves the right to refuse a refund. We prepay many of our partners and cannot operate at a loss.


Cancellation by Triple A Food Tours:

In the event of weather conditions that we deem unsafe to walk in, Triple A Food Tours reserves the right to cancel/postpone a tour at any time. In this instance, Triple A Food Tours will provide as much notice as possible and all guests would be entitled to a full refund. In case of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, Triple A Food Tours may cancel a tour at short notice. Of course, a full refund will be issued in this unlikely event. We will contact you using the details provided and will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of incorrect contact details (e.g. email address or mobile phone number.)


Minimum participants:

Please note that we conduct our tours with a minimum of 4 people. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and give alternative days to attend and or refund the tickets.


Accurate information:

It is your responsibility to check the information on the tickets provided via email subsequent to your booking are correct. We are under no obligation to rectify mistakes once payment has been made.


  Dietary requirements:

 Any customers that have any specific dietary requirements should include this in their booking form. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify Venues and your assigned guide of any allergies or dietary requirements. We shall not be liable for any loss or injury suffered by you caused by a Venue.


Arriving late:

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. All tours begin promptly at the designated time. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if you arrive late or have difficulty locating the meeting point.

If you anticipate being delayed, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you in reaching the starting location on time. Our guides will have access to your provided mobile number, so please ensure it is accurate. If you are not present at the start time, they will attempt to contact you.


Tour Etiquette:

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove you from a tour without a refund if you appear to be under the required age, or engage in inappropriate behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, abusive or threatening conduct, intoxication, smoking in restricted areas, carrying prohibited items or substances, or recording audio, video, or photos without permission.


Tickets purchased through our website are intended solely for you and your group. If we identify or suspect any resale, attempted resale, or unauthorized transfer—including sales through online auction platforms—we reserve the right to cancel the tickets. Anyone in possession of a resold ticket may be denied entry or removed from the tour without a refund.


Recording and Social Media:

By joining our tour, you consent to being photographed or recorded by fellow attendees for personal use, including sharing on social media. Commercial use of these recordings is prohibited without permission from Triple A Food Tours and those featured.

Triple A Food Tours may also use recordings for its own promotional purposes without further approval.

If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos, please inform us before your tour or notify your guide upon arrival.
