Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your tour. After this time, we can not offer a refund. In the event of weather conditions that we deem unsafe to walk in, Triple A Food Tours reserve the right to cancel/postpone a tour at any time (don't worry, we travel in all weather conditions so it would need to be pretty terrible for us to cancel). In this instance, as much notice would be given as possible and all guests would be entitled to a full refund.

Refunds :

Gusets are entitled to cancel up to 24 hours prior to their tour. After this time, Triple A Food Tours reserve the right to refuse a refund. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non refundable.

Checking in:

During the automated purchase process with our third party bookingsystem, you must review all booking details. These details are onthe system and you can show the confirmation to your guide uponcheck in.

Arriving late:

Please note that tour guides are not allowed to wait for guestsarriving late. Please make sure to make the necessaryarrangements to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the tour. We areon a tight schedule with all the venues we visit.Please note that trains and other forms of transport can be delayedor cancelled. So please check before you travel to make sure yourroute will be free. We cannot be held responsible for delays frompublic transport or other delays in your travel time that may makeyou late for our tours.

Minimum participants:

Please note that we conduct the tours with a minimum of 2 people. .If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tourand give alternative days to attend and or refund the tickets.

  Dietary requrements:

 Any customers that have any specific dietary requirements should contact us prior to booking.
