What our guests say ...

We are great fans of food tours and choose to join them whenever we visit a new city. On our way to Northumberland, we chose the Durham Food Tour and had a great afternoon. A friendly and knowledgeable guide Julie led us through the city, stopping for food and drink in 5 different places. Great food, plenty of it, and a great overview of Durham. We would definitely recommend this tour. - Jill

Fabulous way to spend a Saturday! Julie was really friendly and knew so much about Durham and its history which she told us about on our way round the various stops. I won't go into detail about the various food and drink stops as that would spoil the surprises for others (and they do change sometimes), but we enjoyed several stops at different places around the city sampling different food and lots of alcohol! Don't have much breakfast before you go, you will be completely stuffed. We went back to a few of the places we visited to buy some of the products we had tried. If you're in Durham for a weekend I totally recommend you book on this tour. We have done a few food tours in different places and this one is by far the best value. - Laura

We did the food tour of Durham with Julie. She was a wonderful host and guide, taking us to the best spots for food in Durham and giving us some history along the way. It was the perfect way to see the city and experience the food scene. - Rhiannon
